When will I receive my photos?

My current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, depending on the type of session, amount of photos, and how busy the season.

When is the best time for newborn photos?

Around 14 days old is ideal for babies comfort, when they can still be flexible with schedules, and sleep easily- but I am happy to document at any point in the newborn phase.

do you give colour & B&W photos?

For b&w I prefer to pick based on the emotion of the image, and whether the image is better suited to b&w depending on lighting, angles, etc. Some images will have both colour and b&w, some only colour, some only a b&w option. I feel this approach best brings out the feeling of the photos.

Do you shoot weddings?

I do not currently do wedding photography, possibly in the future!

When is the best time for maternity photos?

So everyone has a different opinion on this, I like 32 weeks before things become too uncomfortable- while still documenting the end of pregnancy details, for others 24 weeks+ works the best for comfort and energy, others can be 36 weeks+, but it is always about your comfort level, health, and the importance to you of how you want to document your pregnancy.

What to wear?

I want everyone to wear what they are comfortable in! Though for the best outcome with my editing style and to avoid colour casting on skin- solid, light or deep tones are recommended, (cream, warm tones, jewel tones, etc.) I love texture and pattern in moderation. This can be done with small designs, 1 person in pattern and corrodinating, dainty accessories, or layering.

Do you give the RAW files?

Many photographers do this differently. I personally do not offer this, mostly because I have curated editing styles that I love and put a lot of time and effort into for each session, and my hope is that you are booking with me because you love my style as well! Another is that a RAW image is an image basically untouched by any editing, even by the camera. It is a bare image that typically needs editing to bring it to life, best displaying the work that photographers do.
